Our orders are custom made, and once the order is placed, the outfit will be made and then shipped. Online paid orders are shipped within 10-14 working days and are mostly delivered within 14-20 working days from the date of order placed.

We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public Holidays during the normal working hours. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional business days to process.

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies. We ship from New Delhi, India to all Territories in India except those PIN Codes not serviced by our logistics partner. The cost of shipping will be calculated and indicated at the time of checkout. The price you see on the checkout page is inclusive of shipping cost and is exactly what you would pay.

No extra handling charges will be charged to you at the time of delivery. Please do not make any such extra payments to anyone at the time of delivery. Unless requested by the logistics partner, we do not require a signature for delivery. WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team at info.pehrarora@gmail.com with your Order ID and description of the issue.

We will arrange and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that replacement will only be done when the complaint is fully authenticated with proof and is approved by Pehr Arora team.
