1. How do I place an order?

You can place an order with us through different channels:

  • You can shop us at our official website www.pehrarora.com.
  • You can send us a direct message on Instagram where our social media communications team will connect with you.
  • You can contact us directly on our official mailbox info.pehrarora@gmail.com
  • You can book an appointment with us to visit our studio and shop in-store.

2. How do I know my size?

We follow a standard size chart as displayed below each of our products. If you are unsure of the size category you fall into, you can take your body measurements and check the closest category.

However, we encourage you to send us your measurements after placing an order as this will allow us to make the garment specifically to your size and body type.

3. Can I Customise an order?

Yes, we are open to all kinds of Customisations at Pehr Arora. You can request changes in terms of colours, products length, sleeves, neckline, fabric and other minor adjustments. You can also get a product customised to your exact body measurements by either clicking on the ‘Get It Customised’ button on the product page of our website or directly reaching out to us with your body measurements on info.pehrarora@gmail.com.

For plus sizes, (bust 40.5 inches and above), we charge an additional 15% on the retail product price.

4. Does the price of the product change for a customised order?

It depends on the nature of the customisations being
done.

  • If the order placed is the same as our original piece and there’s only change in measurements, no additional charges will be applicable.
  • For plus sizes, (bust 40.5 inches and above), we charge an additional 15% on the retail product price.
  • In cases of customisations such as change in length of the product, changes in sleeves or design or additional embellishments, an additional charge may be applicable that will be calculated and communicated to you by our team.

5. Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?

There might be slight variation in the colours, prints or embroideries of the product you see on screen in comparison to the product seen with naked eyes as all photoshoots are conducted under external light to get best results. The difference, however, will only remain slight.

6. If the fitting isn’t right, can I get my product altered?

Yes, alterations can be done if the fitting is not satisfactory. No extra charges, except shipping are applicable for alterations. Shipping charges to deliver the product to our workshop will be borne by the customer & shipping charges to deliver the product back once rectified will be borne by us. Please note, we do not arrange pick ups for any alterations.You can reach out to us on info.pehrarora@gmail.com for any issues regarding alterations.

7. I need help with deciding what to buy. Can I be assisted?
