In case of requests for order cancellation, as part of our policy, the order once processed will not be cancelled or exchanged and no refund will be made as every order is specially handcrafted for each customer.

RETURNS:
All orders placed at www.pehrarora.com are made to order according to the customers. Before placing an order with us, we assume that you agree to our terms & conditions. Once an order has been placed & processed, we do not offer any returns, refunds or exchanges. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Shipping charges to send the product to our workshop will be borne by the customer & shipping charges to send the product back once rectified will be borne by us.

DAMAGES & ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately on info.pehrarora@gmail.com if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please mention your order number & attach pictures of the wrong/damaged product as proof so that we can evaluate the issue.
